simulated trading platform will be sent to you. Please note that once this information is emailed, we do
not offer refunds. However, in certain exceptional cases where no trades have been executed on the account,

Once you have successfully completed all challenge phases, you will proceed to undergo the KYC/AML screening process prior to receiving your simulated funded account. Please note that failing the KYC/AML screening process and or being flagged as high risk by our KYC provider due to reasons beyond our control, you will be refunded and prohibited from making future purchases on our platform.
Clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank will be permanently banned from the Platform. Please contact our support or open a support ticket if you have any questions.
