Upon successful payment for one of our programs, an email containing your login details to access the simulated trading platform will be sent to you. Please note that once this information is emailed, we do not offer refunds. However, in certain exceptional cases where no trades have been executed on the account, we may consider providing a refund. For further assistance, kindly reach out to our support team or open a support ticket.

Once you have successfully completed all challenge phases, you will proceed to undergo the KYC/AML screening process prior to receiving your simulated funded account. Please note that failing the KYC/AML screening process and or being flagged as high risk by our KYC provider due to reasons beyond our control, you will be refunded and prohibited from making future purchases on our platform.

Dispute Policy

Clients who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank will be permanently banned from the Platform. Please contact our support or open a support ticket if you have any questions.
